Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon grassfed butter
- 1 shallot sliced
- 1 1/2 cups organic broccoli small cuts
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 eggs farm fresh or organic
- sprinkle cayenne pepper
- sprinkle sea salt
- sprinkle black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Boil salted water for broccoli and cook for 3 minutes. Strain and allow to cool.
- Melt butter in saute pan.
- Add sliced shallots with a sprinkle of salt and cayeene. Cook until translucent. About 4 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Beat eggs in bowl and add other ingredients.
- Don't forget the cheese! Combine.
- Grease small casserole (or other) dish.
- Add mixture.
- Put in oven. Set timer for 20 minutes. Wait.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool. Gently separate sides and bottom using soft spatula.
- Plate.
- Eat.
