There are those I’ve found who have a visceral reaction to the word “vegan” for some reason.
If you say it’s vegetarian, they’ll happily eat what is presented to them and love it. If you use the dreaded V word, they are immediately repulsed.
Well, suck it, haters. It’s delicious and there’s no denying it.
And it is easy. Anyone can make this regardless of cooking experience.
